A little about me

I'm a Product Manager, founder, and hands-on builder who enjoys taking messy problems and turning them into simple, usable products. Today I'm a Product Manager at Concordia Pharma in New York, where I own strategy and roadmap for AI-driven internal and customer-facing products across fraud detection, risk scoring, compliance, and authentication.

My experience spans healthcare, AI, SaaS, compliance, internal tools, UX, and product strategy — including 0-to-1 builds, behavioral analytics, agentic AI workflows, and integrating modern authentication into legacy enterprise systems. I hold an M.S. in Information Technology & Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and a B.E. in Computer Engineering, and I've published research on bias mitigation in LLMs.

Outside my core role, I founded Zeinloop, a compliance SaaS platform for commercial buildings, and I'm building Paxei, an AI prior-authorization product for specialty clinics.

Outside work, I like hiking trails that make me forget what day it is, planning road trips around the next good meal, dialing in espresso at home, cooking meals I can talk about for too long, building AI agents just to see what's possible, sketching product ideas on whatever's nearby, and fussing over my plants. I also spend too much time wondering why a five-click workflow needs five clicks.
